This policy explains how The Frame Standard collects, uses, and protects information when you visit theframestandard.net or request one of our resources.
Information we collect
When you request the frame design checklist, we collect the email address you provide. Our hosting and email service providers may also process limited technical information—such as an IP address, browser type, and request time—to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
How we use information
We use your email address to deliver the requested checklist, send occasional practical frame-design notes, maintain our subscriber list, respond to requests, and protect the site from misuse.
Service providers
We use service providers to host the website and deliver email. Resend processes subscriber and delivery information on our behalf. Zoho Mail processes messages you send to or receive from our business inbox. These providers may use information only as needed to provide their services and meet their legal obligations.
No sale of personal information
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and your choices
We retain subscriber information while you remain subscribed and as reasonably necessary for security, compliance, and recordkeeping. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@theframestandard.net.
Cookies and tracking
The Frame Standard does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics. Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, there is no sale or sharing to opt out of when a browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the site and its services change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date.
